2. Install USB driver for Android Device on Computer

Step 1. Plug your Android device to computer via USB cable. Then open Device Manager.

Win 10/8.1: Press Windows + X, and select Device Manager. You can also search device manager on search bar and open it.

Win 7: Right-click on computer desktop, click Manage > Devices.

Step 2. Locate Portable Devices or Other Devices, right-click to select Update Driver Software > Browse my computer for driver software > Next.

Step 3. Click Browse and choose the driver that you downloaded in step 1, and then click Next.

That’s all. You can restart Android Data Recovery to check if the problem has been solved after that.
